Claudio Carvalho
Claudio is graduated from the Veiga de Almeida University with a post grad in Civil Procedural Law issued by the Cândido Mendes University as well as in Company Law by the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
He was General Secretary for the Brazilian Branch of the Iberoamerican Maritime Law Institute form march 2012 to march 2016.
He was responsible for the civil claims department of SMA during 2011 through 2015, involved in elaborating contracts and by laws, image protection, civil liability and claims against foreign countries including at the Interamerican Commission on Human Rights.
Presently he is part of the maritime law department.
He is entered with the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo Bar Association and has been with SMA since 2011.
