Lawyer with more than 13 years of experience in the maritime area, especially with regard to accidents and navigation incidents, as well as proceedings before regulatory agencies and other authorities (ANTAQ, ANVISA, IBAMA, Federal Police, etc.), having contributed decisively for the success of the cases under his care. Has a great background, having performed in another notable Maritime Law firm mainly before the Maritime Court, limiting, and many times, eliminating the responsibility of the Defendant in case of accident or navigation incidents.
Working in the legal department of a shipping company, he had the opportunity to gain even more knowledge about contracts involving public entities (semi-public company and the Brazilian Navy), as well as about insurance claim processing related to hull insurance.
Member of the Brazilian’s Maritime League (Confraria dos Velhos Marinheiros), an entity affiliated to FIDALMAR (International Federation of Naval Associations and Maritime Leagues).
